A year ago, February 2012, my cash exchange application was appproved by HSI. After several reminders about my cheque, in August I was told the paperwork had never been received by HSI (I have e-mails indicating the contrary).

After renewed submittance of the papers, I was again told that the application had been approved. I am still waiting for my cheque due to a "high volume of transactions" and overwhelming workload at the accounting dept.

This is now a year and lots of wasted time (all mails go unanswered). I have more or less given up on HSI and just wish I wish I had never heard of them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Our records indicate that we did receive your paperwork in August. As you correctly state, the Cash Exchange program is an extremely popular program and the only program of its kind in the industry because no other company pays owners in CASH for their unused ownership intervals. Your transaction was completed and payment was processed in December of 2012, however it was sent to an address that we now understand is not your current address.

Upon receipt of your concerns, an investigation was conducted. The investigation indicated that your payment had not yet cleared our bank account. Therefore a replacement check was issued and sent via a delivery courier. We will continue to track this shipment until we confirm you have received it.
